Hello people!! I now posting about the interview log. I interviewed my mum and i asked her these questions:
1) So what kind of traditional food do you eat in the past?
---> I ate tangyuan(glutinous rice balls) and chive(a kind of vegetables).
2) During which festivals do you usually eat these traditional food?
---> As last time my family were quite poor, we ate tangyuan during DongZhi(Winter Solstice) and chive only during special occasions. My mother,which was your grandmother,made the tangyuan.
3) What traditional food do you like now?
---> I like to eat mooncakes, tangyuan and dumplings.
4) What difference do you see between traditional food in the past and traditional food now?
---> There was quite a great difference. In the past, the coverings of mooncakes are just made from normal flour and then put to toast. But now,the coverings of mooncakes are more advanced and are made of snowskin, and are more delicious.And also,in the past, tangyuan(glutinous rice balls) are plain and very small and is home-made. Now,tangyuan(glutinous rice balls) have red bean, sesame or peanuts fillings in it and also can be bought in supermarkets which are sold in package.
